Wetsuit Maintenance
Lots of divers tend to take their wetsuit for granted. They put it on, it gets wet, they take it off and it dries. It would almost seem that the wetsuit cleans itself but there is more to wetsuit maintenance than just doing this. If you did nothing to take care of your wetsuit, it would not last very long but with just a few simple care procedures, it will last for many years.
First of all, make sure you dry your wetsuit on a heavy-duty hanger so that you don't leave marks and ridges in your wetsuit. As the wetsuit dries out it will tend to take the shape of the hanger so you want the hanger to be fairly beefy probably made out of wood, heavy-duty plastic or a padded hanger. Several companies make special padded hangers just for use with wetsuits. Don't use a metal hanger. The ridges left by a wire frame hanger could easily cause stretch marks and cracks in the neoprene. Also the water from the suit will rust the hanger and leave rust marks on your suit and the hanger won't be good for much afterwards either. Generally when you first take the suit off turn it inside out and put it on the hanger so it dries more completely but for storage turn it right side out again. Don't dry it out in the sun. The UV rays from the sun will damage the neoprene if left out for too long. Some people will hang their wetsuit on a large horizontal pole like what you would find in your closet to let it dry. There are lots of good options for drying. The idea is to keep the stress on the neoprene to a minimum as it dries. For long-term storage, after the suit is dry, you can lay it out flat in a dry and cool place away from the sun. Don't store it in your garage. Car exhaust gases can also damage neoprene.
Duty
It may sound strange but saltwater is not very good for your wetsuit. If you don't rinse the saltwater off it will start to corrode the neoprene. The chlorine in swimming pools is also very hard on the neoprene especially when combined with sunlight. So when you are done with your dive make it a habit to rinse the suit off with fresh water as soon as possible. This should be done regardless of where you were swimming.
Wetsuits should also be cleaned regularly. Never ever put your wetsuit in a conventional washer and drier. It should be hand cleaned using either a special shampoo designed for use on wetsuits or a very mild shampoo such as baby shampoo. Use warm water, not hot, keep the temperature below 120 degrees Fahrenheit and rinse and dry thoroughly afterwards. If you use your wetsuit regularly, you should clean it in this fashion about once every 2 weeks. Also, to keep the suit from smelling bad, every 3 months rinse the suit in fresh water with a small amount of disinfectant mixed into the fresh water. Companies that make wetsuit shampoo generally also make wetsuit deodorizer for disinfecting.
So always remember that saltwater, heat, sunlight, chlorine, stretch marks and sharp folds are your wetsuits enemies and clean it regularly and you should get many years of good service out of it.

Duties of a Wife According to a Wife Forum
Are you a wife? If yes, let me say that you are a very important person in society. Many look up to you for your ability and vital role you play in the home. Wives have a lot in their plate and, if you are young at this job of being a wife, there are times where you feel like totally giving up. Perhaps it is time that you fully knew your duties so that you can manage your time well as you strive to achieve all that is required of you. In a good wife forum, you will discover that other wives are in your position and that you can get to achieve all you set out to do and maintain your sanity. A wife forum is a platform where all wives can come together to share their experiences and more so to help each other know how to achieve their goals. Good forums are a great learning ground for you who feel strange in the world of being a wife. First, let us be clear on what a wife really is or who she is. A wife is a woman who has publicly been taken by a man, to live with him as his companion. Marriage marks the beginning of this stage for a woman but, there are many women who are living with men and are actively playing the wife role.
A wife forum will inform you that all women who are living with men need to know their duties because their position is of a wife. First, let us begin with the duty of the wife to the family. She is the one who is in charge of taking care of what the family eats and wears. A wife will make sure that the house is clean and that it is a pleasant home to come to. In the modern days, these duties have greatly been redefined and, you will find men who are actively involved in the above duty. It really does not matter who does it provided you and your husband are in agreement. Another duty that all women find very pleasurable is to bear offspring. Perhaps not that pleasurable but, it is the joy of a wife to have little annoying people running around the house. There is nothing more exciting than looking at your little play. It gives every wife pleasure to know than they have made a change in the world no matter how little.
Duty
A wife forum will inform you that your duty is to ensure that you satisfy all the physical needs of your husband. There is something about sex that informs a man that everything is alright. Therefore, apart from emotional support, you need to ensure that the physical needs are also met. There is nothing more exciting than knowing that you have done all you can as a wife. You will not be surprised when your family recognizes your sacrifices and decides to surprise you and make your time with them worth while. Take time and ensure that you are ready to do all you can to make your family happy and indeed change the world for the better.

Ultrasonic Nebulizers
Ultrasonic Nebulizers are devices that use ultrasonic sound waves to convert liquid medication into fine mist that can be inhaled directly into the lungs through a facemask or mouthpiece. These are generally used by asthmatic patients and other individuals suffering from allergies. They are also preferred due to their ability to perform quickly and quietly.
Ultrasonic Nebulizers are different from compressed air Nebulizers that use pumped air to atomize the medication. They provide the energy source required for converting liquid medication into vapor for inhalation therapy. The quality of the medication is retained, as heat is not used to convert the liquid medication into mist.
Duty
These devices generate high frequency sound vibrations that touch the surface of the liquid medication and convert them into micron sized sub particles. This process automatically increases the effectiveness of aerosol therapy as it enables even distribution of sub particles. Ultrasonic medical nebulizers available in the market are portable devices that are easy to use, lightweight, quick, and easy to clean. Some of these have automatic shut off function, forty-five degree operable angle, and limited warranty period.
Ultrasonic nebulizers can also be used to humidify a room or area in domestic households or large industrial plants. Humidifying ultrasonic nebulizers are usually large machines that use ultrasonic sound waves to convert water into a fine mist and heavy-duty fans to circulate the created mist in the surrounding areas. Different models of ultrasonic humidifying nebulizers available in the market perform one basic function of circulating moisture through the air.
The benefits offered by ultrasonic nebulizers is being debated as some studies have pointed out that nebulizers can lead to the dispersal of microorganisms and other fine particles that may not be suitable for the patient or other individuals. Usage and care instructions provided with the nebulizers should be followed to avoid potential risks associated with their use.

Ultrasonic provides detailed information on Ultrasonic, Ultrasonic Transducers, Ultrasonic Cleaners, Ultrasonic Nebulizers and more. Ultrasonic is affiliated with Electronic Test Equipment [http://www.i-TestEquipment.com].

Make Christmas Tree Napkins, Name Tags, And Ornaments Whether You Sew Or Not!
They Are Quick, Easy And Fun Gifts For Young And Old To Make For Family And Friends.
The trick is in the folding to make the napkin look like a Christmas Tree.
Let the kids cut some out of paper and decorate their own.
Use them as name tags, decorations, Christmas Tree ornaments and napkins, of course.
Napkins can be either single or double layer of fabric. They can be any size you want them to be. The example I am using here is a 14-1/2"
Use some pretty Christmas prints or some unusual decorative fabrics.
One year, I used a lacey fabric and rolled the edges with a gold metallic thread. Then, I hung them on my tree. It really looked pretty.
You really don't have to sew these napkins if you don't want to. You can use decorative edge craft scissors to cut the fabric and not finish it with sewing at all.
You can even use paper napkins if you like. Have fun with this idea.
Less than a yard of 45" wide fabric makes 6 napkins single layer or 3 double layer.
1-5/8 yards makes a dozen single layer napkins.
Preshrink all fabrics.
I also like to spray starch my fabric before I cut and serge or satin stitch the edges of my napkins.
Cut Napkins into 14-1/2" circles.
To make a paper pattern, draw a circle 14-1/2" in diameter.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Here is how to make a compass to draw your pattern.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Tie a string or ribbon to a pencil.
Measure the string back from the pencil 7-1/4".
Put a pin in the string/ribbon at that point.
(7-1/4" is the radius or 1/2 of the diameter of the 14-1/2" circle.)
This is your compass to help you draw your circle.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Here is how to draw your pattern.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Place some tracing paper down and put the pin in the center.
Now, extending the string, and using the pencil, draw a circle out all around the pin 7-/4"away.
This creates a 14-1/2" circle for your napkin pattern.
Label it and keep it for future napkins.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Single Layer Napkins
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Serge finish with the right side up on your serger.
I like to use the rolled edge finish on most of my napkins. It depends on the fabric.
Feed the circle of fabric to the knife slowly letting the knife shave off a little of the fabric.
Slightly overlap the beginning stitches about 2 inches.
Seal the end with "Fray Check". Let dry. Trim off the thread tails.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Double Layer Napkins
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Place 2 circles wrong sides together.
Make sure one circle's straight grain matches the other circle's bias grain.
This will minimize flared edges.
You can also apply slight differential feed to eliminate flared edges.
Or you might want to baste the two layers together to help hold them while you finish the edges.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Serge Finish Edges With A Serger
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
A rolled edge works well on light to medium weight single layer napkins.
A rolled edge may not work on the double layer fabrics or heavier fabrics. Test it first.
Try using a narrow satin balanced stitch instead.
Note: If you get the "Pokies", try wrapping the napkin bias edges in Solvy (a water soluble stabilizer) and then serge. Wash the Solvy away when finished.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Conventional Machine Satin Stitch Finish
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
If you don't have a serger, you can use your conventional sewing machine.
Finish the edges with a satin stitch sewing in from the edge using a stabilizer such as water soluble Solvy.
You may want to spray starch the napkins again before stitching. It might help.
You can apply "Fray Check" to the outside of the stitching when you are finished to seal the edges.
Let it dry and then trim off any excess fabric.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Fold and press the napkin into a Christmas Tree Shape.
Here are the folding instructions.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
1. Fold the napkin in half and press well. We will call this fold the center fold.
2. Fold again into quarters and press lightly. This is a temporary crease that we will use as a guide to establish the fold we actually want.
3. Open back up to the 1/2 fold again and measure 1-1/4" above the temporary quarter foldline.
4. Fold the napkin "back" along the 1-1/4" new line (the one above the quarter fold) and press well. We will call this fold, Fold A.
5. Now you have a fold at the top, (Fold A) and the lower part of the center fold to your right.
6. The upper part of the center fold that you just turned down, we will call Fold B.
7. Take the top Fold A and bring it over to meet the center fold edge to your right and press in place.
8. Now bring the upper portion of the original center fold (Fold B) over on top of Fold A and to the lower portion of the center fold edge and press again.
Voila! There you have a Christmas Tree.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Decorate your trees
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Add a bow, jingle bell, decorative Christmas button or whatever at the top of the tree if desired.
Embroider each family member's name on his/her napkin.
Use decorative stitches, paint or decorate your tree napkins any way you like.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
More Ideas For Smaller Trees
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Consider making smaller circles into trees, add a ribbon loop at the top and use them to decorate packages or to hang on your Christmas Tree as ornaments.
Use up lots of that stash! It is easy!
Or, how about letting the kids cut some circles from paper napkins and have them decorate their trees with crayons, stickers like stars, glitter glue, etc.
They could give them to family members, classmates, teachers, etc., use them on packages, hang them on the big tree, or use them as place cards at the dining table.
Be creative. You are the designer. Have fun making your Christmas Tree napkins!
It just makes sense!
Happy Holidays!

Department of Transportation - Hours of Service Rules
Hours of Service rules are the rules set forth by the US Department of Transportation's division of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) governing the working hours of anyone operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). This includes truck drivers and bus drivers. These rules limit the number of (daily and weekly) hours spent driving, and regulate the minimum amount of time drivers must spend resting between driving shifts. A driver of a CMV is also required to keep a record of working hours using a log book, outlining the total number of hours spent driving and resting, as well as the time at which the change of duty status occurred.
A driver's hours of service are regulated by both federal and state agencies. On the federal level, hours of service of drivers are part of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR). They are issued and enforced by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) of the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Duty
If you are a truck driver who operates a commercial motor vehicle, you should know the basics of Hours of Service, and if you are an aspiring truck driver, or just someone who yearns for knowledge, here are a few basics to a truck drivers Hours of Service Rules:
11 Hour Driving Rule: All time spent behind the wheel is considered driving time. After 11 hours of driving time, you must have 10 consecutive hours off duty before you can drive again.
14 Consecutive Hours on Duty: A commercial motor vehicle driver cannot drive a commercial vehicle after 14 consecutive hours after coming on duty. A driver cannot drive again until they have 10 consecutive hours of rest. Lunch breaks or other off-duty time do not extend the 14-hour period. The 14 hours are consecutive from the time a driver starts their tour of duty.
60/70 Hours of Service Rule: Drivers working for a company that does not operate motor vehicles every day of the week must not drive after accumulating 60 hours on duty during any 7 consecutive days. If your company operates vehicles every day of the week, you must not drive after accumulating 70 hours on-duty time in any 8 consecutive days. You may, however, continue to perform non-driving duties after reaching these limits and not be in violation. (On-duty time is defined as all time from the time you begin work or are required to be ready for work until you are relieved from work and all responsibility for doing work).
34-Hour Restart: The regulations include an optional "restart" provision. This allows you to "restart" your 60 or 70 hour clock after having at least 34 consecutive hours off duty.
Duty Status Record: In order to check your compliance with the above-stated rules, drivers must keep track of their hours of service. Your motor carrier has the option to select the format which best suits its operation. This is also known as a log book.
Driver fatigue is a serious problem. It is one of the leading causes of heavy truck crashes, and when you consider that thousands of deaths each year result from accidents involving commercial motor vehicles, you can see why there are regulations to keep tired drivers off the road. The hours of service regulations are based on the sensible idea that if you drive too long, you get tired... and dangerous.
Following the rules and keeping good records can help you avoid costly citations and fines, or even being placed out of service. Most importantly, following the rules may prevent an accident, possibly even save a life. -JJ Keller "Driver's guide to hours of service"

Hours-Of-Service Regulations for Bus Drivers
Driving in high-traffic situations requires a great deal of focus and concentration. A slight miscalculation or a moment of distraction can have disastrous results for a vehicle and the people the vehicle is transporting. For this reason, there are regulations enforced by the federal government that outline the legal time limits a bus driver, or a driver of any commercial motor vehicle may drive. These regulations are put in place for the safety of the driver and the passengers and citizens affected by the driver's proper vehicle operation.
The most basic stipulation of the hours-of -service regulations in the ten hour limit. A driver of a commercial vehicle may not operate a vehicle for more than ten hours after eight consecutive hours off duty. This regulation is the basis for which all of the subsequent regulations are built around. This number is not arbitrary, but the result of a great deal of research done in part by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies. These two institutions have done significant research on the effects of fatigue on the body and a person's ability to perform specific duties with increasing levels of fatigue.
Duty
Other regulations regarding bus driver service regulations include a fifteen hour limit of on duty time. A bus driver is not allowed to drive after being on duty for fifteen hours. Also, if a bus driver is driving a vehicle with a sleeper berth, the driver is required to spend eight hours in at most two periods of time in the birth. Neither of the two periods of time spent in the sleeper berth may be less than two hours. Finally, a bus driver may not drive for more than sixty hours in seven day or for more than seventy hours in eight day.
These regulations are put in place for the safety of both drivers and passengers and should be strictly adhered to. For more information on the legal implications of these regulations, please visit the website of Iowa bus accident attorneys at LaMarca & Landry, P.C.

Wheat Grinders - Types, Prices, Usage, Recommendations
If you are anything like me, the idea of buying, let alone actually USING a wheat grinder can be pretty intimidating. I am determined to accumulate a healthy-sized food storage and wheat is going to play a big role in that. I am also a fan of the mantra "store what you eat and eat what you store". Thus it quickly became apparent to me that I needed to do some heavy duty research in order to uncover all the mysteries surrounding "wheat grinders" or "grain mills" as they are officially called. With the help of internet research, some hands on research at several neighbors' houses, and multiple failed attempts in the kitchen, I have come up with a pretty good summary of what you need to know.
Types of Wheat Grinders
Duty
Manual Wheat Grinders
Pros
Inexpensive
Can be used with no power source
Small to store
Cons
SLOW to grind (mine took 6 minutes to grind one cup of flour)
Except for the very high-end models, you cannot grind a fine flour
Inconvenient (messy and hard to fit a large bowl underneath)
KitchenAid Attachments
Pros
Less expensive than an electric grinder
Small to store
Convenient to use and then mix bread in the same machine
Cons
I have heard from multiple sources that these units will BREAK your KitchenAid mixer
Not as fast at grinding as electric grinders
Electric Wheat Grinders
Pros
Grinds very fast
Useful for many types of grains, beans, nuts, etc.
Easy to select how coarse or fine to grind, and has a large range
Cons
Fairly expensive, even for the lower-end models
Must have a generator or battery pack to use with no electricity (unless you buy a high end model that comes with a manual crank)
A large appliance to store in your kitchen
Prices of Wheat Grinders
Manual Wheat Grinders
Low: -30 models will not grind flour, only coarse corn meal, etc. Not very useful.
Medium: -5 is a good price range. Back to Basics Grain Mill is . It can grind fine enough for bread flour but not for very fine cake flour. Wonder Junior is higher-priced at 9 but it can grind into cake flour.
High: Up to 0 for the Country Living Grain Mill. It is quicker than other manual grinders and is able to grind a fine cake flour.
KitchenAid Attachments
0-120, some may be used on any stand mixer.
Electric Wheat Grinders
Low: Under 0 for grinders such as the Blendtec Grain Mill. Its drawbacks are it is very noisy and cannot do very coarse grinds.
Medium: 0-0 can get you a great grinder. The two most popular electric grinders are the WonderMill and the NutriMill. In my tests I found the WonderMill to be faster, quieter, cleaner, and easier to store. And priced at 9 it is even cheaper than the NutriMill which is 9.
High: Over 0 is an unnecessary amount to spend in my opinion. There are heavy duty models out there but you can get the job done with the mid-range models.
How To Use Wheat Grinders
Manual Wheat Grinders
Attach wheat grinder to your counter top
Place a bowl underneath
Pour the wheat in the funnel
Turn the crank (for a LONG time)
Wheat will filter into the bowl below
Electric Wheat Grinders
Select how fine or coarse you want to grind
Turn on the machine
Pour the wheat in the top
Wait for it to grind into flour (super fast)
Turn off the machine and pull out your canister of wheat
How To Use Fresh Ground Whole Wheat
Whole wheat bread can be delicious! I have gone through a lot of recipes trying to find the perfect balance of flavor, nutrition, texture, etc. for my wheat bread. Experiment with different recipes and types of wheat until you find what your family prefers. We liked using hard white wheat in a recipe that included gluten and oatmeal.
Pancakes even your kids will love! I took an IHOP corn cakes recipe and simply swapped all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour and it was amazing. My kids ate 3 each at one meal. They are delicious drizzled with honey over top.
Whole wheat oatmeal cookies you can't resist. I haven't tried any of these recipes yet but several of my friends said they prefer whole wheat cookies to regular cookies. Who wouldn't want an excuse to make cookies, hey it's rotating your food storage.
Much much more. I grind up a large Tupperware full of hard white wheat flour and store it in my freezer (it retains the nutrients that way). Whenever I do any baking I replace half or all of the flour called for with my whole wheat flour. If it is as good or better I add that recipe to my food storage recipe binder. It's a great way to experiment until you find what works for you.
My Recommendations
Emergency-Only Usage
If you are planning to use your food storage and wheat grinder only if an emergency situation arises, it is not worth the expense and hassle of buying and storing an electric grinder. At a minimum you should get the Back to Basics Grain Mill but I would highly recommend splurging for the Wonder Junior.
Every-Day Usage
If you plan to "store what you eat and eat what you store" I highly recommend the WonderMill Grain Mill electric grinder. If you are not planning to find an alternative power source for an emergency situation, then eventually pick up a Back to Basics Grain Mill as well. The price of these two combined are still cheaper than high-end electric grinders that have a manual crank option, and the functionality of the WonderMill is better for frequent usage.

Primary Duties of a Personal Assistant
Movies are creation of fantasy but they often have their roots in reality. The truth of this statement is evident from the portrayal of personal assistants in the movies. More often than not, we see the personal assistants (PAs) as efficient and composed people. They are portrayed as individuals who are extremely efficient with a very shrewd approach towards one's duties, while the boss is shown as a person who is utterly dependent on the helper for the completion of ordinary chores.
The job of the assistant is easy to describe but very difficult to perform. The person generally works in a pressure cooker environment and the actual tasks depend on the nature of the industry in which the person is employed in. Confidence, clarity of thought and alertness are very essential requirements for the assistant.
Duty
So What Does A PA Do?
Movies are often accused of exaggerating reality. However, they have accurately portrayed the tough duties of the PA. The core duties may include:
a. Administrative Assistance
The most important duty is to provide support and assistance regarding daily tasks. These tasks are the ones which take a lot of time and effort and yet seem very unrewarding in return. Ignoring such basic tasks can cause a lot of problems.
However, it just does not seem right to take time out your busy schedule to perform these tasks. This is where the assistant helps. He or she performs these tasks on behalf of the boss and enables the boss to remain focused on his core duty.
Tasks like booking the flight or coordinating appointments may not be very important but are unavoidable. The PA is best for performing this task.
b. Secretarial Duties
These duties include the performance of tasks like:
o Taking calls
o Screening the calls that come to the boss
o Keeping track of correspondence
o Taking care of visitors
o Arranging meetings and taking care of cancellations
o Taking minutes, dictation and other such tasks.
c. Other Tasks
The job includes a lot of discretionary powers. When the boss is not available, people look up to the PA to decide on administrative and secretarial matters. The helper may have powers even to consider the overall budget of certain events and promotions.
Many a times, the person is even required to keep track of purchases and storage of office supplies. These tasks may seem unimportant but the office can come to a stop if these tasks are not taken care of in a proper and planned manner.
d. Personal Assistance
The helper is also appointed to assist the boss in the office. However, the PA soon assumes the status of a friend, philosopher and guide and is often relied upon to perform important personal tasks as well.
Your boss may require you to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates in the family of your boss and make arrangements like ordering flowers and other such gifts on such occasions.
Further, you may be asked to perform tasks like reserving tickets for movies, concerts and even making booking at restaurants. These tasks go beyond the original job description. However, you will enjoy additional respect and benefits if you go out of your way to help your boss.

Duty, Responsibility, Obedience - Words Still in the Dictionary
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23).
Duty, responsibility, obedience: what onerous words! One person goes to war, another to the kitchen, another to his or her desk at the office and another to the classroom. Each is to work enthusiastically, dependably and honorably.
Duty
We cannot do it all, much as some of us would like to do much more, but we can do our fragment of the whole work. We join the work of others who have gone before us and will come after us. Our duty is to do our part resolutely and satisfactorily. It is useless to fret over what we are unable to do, for we all have limitations. Another part is another's responsibility, and it is waiting for that person, just as our work waits for us.
Sometimes it seems impossible to get started on the day's work. Dwight L. Moody gives advice that might help: "Some say if only my fears and doubts will leave then I will get to work. But instead you should get to work and then your fears and doubts will leave." Samuel Johnson gives a sage suggestion, also: "Great works are performed not by strength, but by perseverance." And Ruskin tells us: "Every noble life leaves its fiber interwoven forever in the work of the world."
"...A great door for effective work has opened..." (1 Corinthians 16:9). Each day is that door. We can forget about yesterday and its laziness and failure. "Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" (Phil. 1:6). Being confident is the secret to the success of working for God and not for men. God knows about the perspiration and perseverance. We can place our trust in Him to know our strengths and weaknesses and how much we can do. Sometimes relatives and friends are not so merciful.

Getting Out of Jury Duty - What Excuse is Acceptable?
Everybody hates to get that notice to serve in the mail. The first question that goes through your mind is how do I get out of this one? Well there are excuses that will allow you to get out of this service. Do you really want to miss work and have to sit waiting to see if they are going to put you on that jury, all those questions going through your mind, what are they looking for? Can I just act like a crazy person? No, there is an actual list of viable excuses that can be used to get out of showing.
The first thing you need to do is write your excuse down and send it to the proper court. Remember that you need to use their questionnaire and be specific about your reason for being exempt. This is important because if it is incomplete or not on the list, you may be required to be there for that specific case. Do not wait too long, there is a time limit when you must send in the form to serve, if you wait beyond the time you will be required to be present on the date of the case.
Duty
There are several excuses that work, the first would be that your age is over 70. It is easy because they only require proof of age. Another reason for getting out of serving is if you have children or an elderly person in your care. In this situation you will have to explain this situation but usually more often than not it will be no problem with getting out of serving. If you are a member of a volunteer ambulance or firefighter unit you are immediately excused.
If your job importance is so great that the business could fail if you were not there you can be excused. Usually this is a person who is a business owner and they are the one in charge. Dentist, Nurses, Lawyers and Doctors professions will be excused because they are important to society and will have no problem. If you are disabled and can not reach the courthouse because of your disability you will be exempt as well.
If you have an excuse that needs an in depth explanation you need to be present at the courthouse when it is your time to be selected so you can explain the situation.
Just remember not to disregard any jury duty summons, it is important to contact them and honor your legal obligation or submit the reason you can not.

How Get Better At Call of Duty Black Ops Multiplayer
Practice, Practice, Practice
Ok, you might be thinking "seriously, this is the advice you have to give!?" but I am serious. If you want to get better, above and beyond all the other tips you're going to read, you need to practice, plain and simple.
If you don't want to play online against real people, I suggest doing the Combat Training option, it uses "dummy" players, which are players from your friends list and makes them the A.I. (dummy players) and you can choose the difficulty. This is a great way to learn the online maps and familiarize yourself with the online game so that you have a good idea of what you can expect when u decide to try out the real thing.
Duty
Patience
Now, I'm not saying camp your way through every map in the multiplayer portion of the game, but I'm a believer in there being a time and a place for everything, especially in this game.
When u sprint, make sure you're looking around as best as possible, and watch out on corners. Know your destination you have in mind so you can get there as quickly and safely as possible and be ready for any enemies.
If you're going to camp, I recommend get a kill (max 2 kills) and then move to another spot, because it's only a matter of time until you're discovered in the spot you're at.
Finally, if you enjoy a good run and gun, I recommend being good at not straight running through a map and dying, but knowing when u take cover to reload, and when to run and get a kill and repeat.
Loadout: Weapon, Perks, and Equipment Customization
Now, many people will have their preferences when it comes to loadout options, and when you're just starting out you are limited to choosing the default loadout options until you rank up.
If just starting out, I recommend choosing either the SMG loadout or the Assault loadout since this will most likely be the best/fastest way to get kills and get CP so you can buy some of the better weapons, perks, etc.
After you're able to buy some equipment, I recommend for weapon choice the Enfield Assault Rifle, because it's the 1st weapon you can buy at level 5, and I personally can't stand the 3 round bursts of the M16. If you prefer a SMG, I recommend using the already unlocked Skorpion or MP5K. The Skorpion is horrible in range, but I believe it's damage, accuracy, and fire rate greatly make up for that.
As for weapon attachments, I personally prefer using a silencer on all weapons. If using an assault rifle, I prefer and recommend an infrared scope just in case I want to snipe as a second attachment. If using an SMG I prefer and recommend the grip attachment to improve accuracy.
Now for the secondary weapon, I prefer and recommend using the Makarov pistol with Upgraded Iron Sights as the attachment.
Now that you have your weapons picked out, again this is if you're just starting out, it's time to buy some perks. Since they all cost the same CP (2000 each), for perk 1 I'd recommend Ghost to be hidden from your spy planes, perk 2 Warlord to equip TWO attachments to your primary weapon, and perk 3 Ninja to move silently.
Now, many people prefer the Hacker perk for perk 3, however, my personal thought is this: Yes I'm already hidden using Ghost (perk 2), but why do I want to be heard while using Hacker? So what? I might be able to find care packages, and turrets, etc...but I just might also have a higher chance at getting killed if I'm heard running/walking on my way to the destination.
Reaction Time
Lastly, is your reaction time slow? If you're using the default controller layout, make sure your holding the controller in a way to where you're always ready to shoot either from the hip or aiming to shoot down the sights. You also might want to try changing the controller layout to better suit you.
Either way, be ready and prepared to aim and shoot at all times.
In Closing
All of of the tips I've recommended are solely based for someone that would be just starting out, and would hopefully give them the edge they need to help their game without the hassle of having to figure out which equipment would be best through trial and error.
As you play more and gain more CP to buy more equipment, you will be able to experiment and see what works best for your own personal playing style, so that you get better at playing Call of Duty Black Ops online. Legitimate Jury Duty Excuses
The most common reason that a person is excused from jury duty is due to a health condition or problem. This could be anything from a serious medical condition to a smaller medical problem that simply prevents a person from having a clear mind or from comfortably sitting on a jury. In this situation, a valid doctor's note must be given to the court along with a typed jury duty excuse letter explaining the situation.
Being unable to physically appear is another legitimate excuse for missing jury duty. Examples of reasons why someone may not be able to appear are things like military service, or studying abroad. The courts don't bother to check to see if someone is available before they send a jury summons, so they often call on people who are out of the country or are otherwise unable to appear. This situation is the same as others, and requires proof of a person's inability to appear as well as a letter detailing the circumstances.
Duty
Having to be a caretaker for another person is yet another valid jury duty excuse. If someone is responsible for another person such as a disabled or elderly person, they may be granted relief from serving on a jury. This largely depends on the situation and is decided on a case by case basis, but people are often excused for this reason. As with any other situation, proof is required.
Lost wages or a financial inability to attend jury duty can often excuse a person from their jury summons. Jury duty typically pays very little, and many people cannot afford to spend time on a jury and lose out on the higher wages that they receive from their regular job. In this situation, proof of financial hardship must be provided to the court. Things like paycheck stubs, utility bills, and bank account balances are all important things that can help to lend credibility to this excuse. The idea is to be able to paint a clear picture of a burdensome financial situation. It's important to remember that people are not excused simply because they don't want to receive lower wages. There must be a clear financial hardship where serving on a jury would further complicate an already difficult financial situation.
No matter what the reason, always remember that relief from jury service is ultimately up to the court and is always subject to approval. There is no reason or excuse that guarantees exemption from jury duty.

How to Prestige in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3
So you want to prestige in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3? Maybe you want to prestige just once, or maybe you want to achieve the highest prestige level of Prestige 10.
Regardless of weather you want to prestige once or multiple times you will use the same methods. Be sure you are aware of what you are getting yourself into before you prestige however, because once you do, there is no going back!
Duty
In order to prestige you will need to go through all 80 levels in multiplayer mode. This is a daunting task and will require countless hours of game play. In order to level up quickly it will be vital to choose a game mode that will pay out a high amount of points per time played. The amount of points per time played will depend highly on your skill level. The more you play the better your skill level will increase however. One other key thing to consider in your game performance in any Call of Duty console game is your "ping". This game series does not use dedicated servers, so one player will be the host of the game, and your connection to the host will highly affect your "reaction" time to shooting at someone. The better your ping the better your observed skill will be in the game.
That being said one of the best game times to level up quickly is Demolition. It really depends on what game style you like to play, but demolition is a fast paced game time, and if you let the game go into over time you can really rack up A LOT of kills in one session. This has classically been one of the best game times to level up quickly in the Call of Duty series and remains so today. I have gotten over 100 kills in a single game of demolition already, with potential for many more. Also, with a strategic use of a tactical insertion you can trap the enemy in their spawn and really rake in the kills. Planting the bomb an diffusing will also help bring in points.
Domination is another favorite game mode for high points per time played. In domination you can predict where the other team is going to go if you know where the flag is. If you can get good with the frag grenades you can time them to explode just as the opposing team is getting on the flag. This can bring you many multi-kills which is great for adding up points quickly.
Search and Destroy is another game type hailed by some players. For me, this is not fast paced enough and I have never used it to level up quickly, although it is fun, and it is nice to have a change of pace every now and then.
Finally, if you want to level up and know how far along you are in the prestige it is handy to have a chart showing where you are int he prestige and what weapon unlocks are coming up. I have found this chart to be very helpful for assessing my progress in each prestige: www.CallofDutyMW3xpchart.com

Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies Guide - How to Win Easily
In Call of Duty: Black Ops, the Zombies mini-game is just as popular as ever. In this Black Ops Zombies Guide, I will be revealing some of the best tactics you can use to get to the highest possible levels in Zombies.
The first thing you should know is to know the difference between Zombies and other players. Zombies are extremely hard to kill unless you shoot them in the head; it is very hard to kill a Zombie by shooting it in the torso, and shooting it in the arms is a waste of ammo.
Duty
As a result, if you want to kill Zombies, you will need to start aiming for the head. They move very slowly so this is not nearly as hard to do as when playing against players. You also get more money (points) for headshots, so try to get as many as you can. This is one of the basics of any Black Ops Zombies guide.
Another great tactic is to leave one Zombie alive while regrouping. The next level does not start until you kill the final Zombie, so you can leave a few crawling around until you buy more ammo, guns, and meet up with your team. This strategy is absolutely necessary if you want to make it to the next level, as without it you will not be able to buy guns and ammo in between rounds. If you rush in between rounds, your team will become disorganized and out of supplies.
Thirdly, by level 7 you need to start trying to get a ray gun. You can get a ray gun inside the mystery chest, which can appear at any of the locations marked on the map with the "?" and the green light. Be sure to check all the locations as it can only spawn at one location.
Each round, the Zombies get harder and harder, so if you want to advance far past level 12, you will need everyone on your team to have Ray Guns. Note that you cannot get two Ray Guns; after you get your first one, spend your money on the power-ups like Root Beer (increases reload speed).
The only necessary thing though in this Black Ops Zombies guide is try to make sure everyone gets a Ray Gun. The power-ups are nice additions but not necessary to make it to the advanced levels.
Finally, make sure you kite the zombies around rather than fighting them head on. That is probably the most important strategy in this Black Ops Zombies Guide. Kiting refers to constantly running away from enemies, turning around and shooting a few, then continuing to run.
You are able to run a lot faster than the Zombies, so if you keep running throughout the level, they will eventually amass into a big ball that you can easily kill without having to worry about getting jumped from behind. This strategy alone can take you to the top levels.
Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies Guide - How to Win Easily
However, if you are really serious about dominating not only Zombies but all of Call of Duty, then I strongly recommend checking out this Black Ops Domination review, where I reveal the truth about this incredibly popular Black Ops guide. If you want to start winning, you will not think twice about looking into this killer guide!

Employment Law - Fitness For Duty Exams and How They Are Done
Fitness for Duty examinations are requested frequently by both public and private organizations. Sometimes the testing is requested as a pre-employment assessment because of an applicants history of psychiatric illness.
At other times, an employee may have been suspended from work by a healthcare professional, and the employer desires that he undergo an independent evaluation before returning him to work. The employer has the authority to require an independent evaluation because he or she must maintain a safe work environment.
Duty
If the employee is in a position of extraordinary responsibility, if serious physical risk exists or if the job itself has any consequences which could be harmful, it is usually considered prudent to obtain such an independent assessment. After all, sometimes an employee is suspended from work because of serious interpersonal problems that have occurred within the workplace which were not resolved in the usual ways.
If you have been researching the psychological assessment process required to assess employment status and fitness for duty, you know by now that it is a lot more complicated than just giving a few tests. This is because when a psychologist or psychiatrist conducts a psychological assessment, he or she may recommend therapy which is intended to resolve the problem.
At the completion of therapy, the next step is often a re-evaluation by an independent mental health evaluator in order to determine whether the employee will be able to return to the same work environment where the alleged problems originally occurred. The evaluating psychologist or psychiatrist should be cognizant of the employees' legal rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and be prepared to recommend reasonable accommodations, if needed.
Independent psychological exams are often prudent for an employer to require. After all,it can be very misleading for an employer to depend exclusively on the opinion of the professional treating the employee; he or she will often just go along with the patients request to return to work.
Why? The reason is that the treating doctor will want to maintain any treatment alliance which exists between them. Treating professionals, as a group, often do not appreciate the power of work environment stresses and the employees rights for reasonable accommodations.
Unfortunately, sometimes doctors recommend accommodations that are unreasonable for the employer to fulfill. Also, they may not know what is considered reasonable accommodation within the context of Title VII and the ADA.
In such cases, it is only prudent for an employer to require that a suspended employee undergo an independent examination by an experienced forensic psychologist or psychiatrist, before returning him to work.

Ten Healthy Ways to Remember a Deceased Loved One
Are you afraid that now with the funeral over and everyone has gone back to their usual roles that your loved one will slowly be forgotten? Or, are you wondering what you might do to make it clear that the deceased is still a part of your family and will forever be so?
There are many things you can do that will honor the deceased and at the same time keep his/her memory alive. In many instances the way you remember the person will be a source of wisdom and humor that can last for years and be an inspiration in life.
Here are ten ways to begin showing love even though you are separated from your beloved.
1. When the time is right (and only you will know when) tell your favorite story about the loved one. It could be a funny story or one that illustrates his/her character. Pick the right place and persons to share the best with, and be alert to inject it as a normal and natural extension of the conversation.
2. Periodically, use a favorite recipe that your loved one liked to eat or cook. You could also serve his/her favorite dessert with a reminder of what the conversation was like when it was served.
3. Plant a memory garden or a tree, bush, or flowers that bloom each year and are referred to as "Sarah's Garden," "Mary's tree" or Joe's plant." Choose items that were the favorites of your loved one. If possible, put them in a space so that when you look out your window they can be seen and you can comment on their growth or looks during the year.
4. Use your loved one's first name each day. You can do this by choosing to talk to him/her each day, either silently or out loud, or you can tell others that you hope they will feel free to use the name and talk about the loved one when referring to them would be natural in a particular conversation.
5. At holidays, birthdays, summer cookouts, or anniversaries find a way to symbolically recognize the presence of the loved one. Use a particular utensil when cooking; display a special item that belonged to the deceased; light a candle in home and/or in church; display something the person made or painted; make a toast in which the person is mentioned by name or hang a particular ornament or object that characterizes the loved one.
6. Do something to carry on the charitable interest your loved one had in a particular organization or cause. It could be things like the preservation of some part of the environment, the sponsorship of a child in an orphanage, helping the homeless, or volunteering at a soup kitchen. You may also want to consider establishing a scholarship at a high school or college.
7. Play your loved one's favorite song or a song from his/her favorite entertainer or television show. It can also be useful to find music that was popular earlier in your life that can bring up old memories of you and the loved one.
8. On an anniversary or other special day, ask your best friend to take a trip to a favorite spot that you used to go to with your loved one. While there discuss the past and the memories this visit evokes. When you are further along with reinvesting in life, you may wish to make this trip by yourself, and choose to talk to your deceased loved one about the good times you had there.
9. Make a collage of pictures of the loved one that can be framed and placed in your home and/or office. If you possess a specific artistic talent (or you could hire someone) draw cartoons or symbols that illustrate the interests, character, or skills of the person and include them in the collage. Include a sample of the deceased's work, if appropriate.
10. Have a plaque made with your loved one's name engraved on it with a favorite saying (yours or one your loved one liked). Inquire at your local college or university, if he/she was associated with it, if they would accept a donation of a bench for the campus with your loved one's name on it. Or purchase a bench and place it in your garden area or at a cemetery garden.
In summary, the way you remember your loved one is only limited by your creativity. So take into consideration what you learned from your loved one, how he/she helped others, and how you feel he/she would like to be remembered. Ask others you trust for their input. Then decide how you will keep the memory of your loved one alive by the tangible reminders you create.
